REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.

How to Request a Refund To start a refund, contact us at support.lumist@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or video showing the issue. We do not require items to be physically returned — simply reach out and we'll make it right.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and offer a full refund or free replacement at no cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items We cannot accept refund requests for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

Refunds Once your refund request is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support.lumist@gmail.com
